Job summary

A leading conveyor solutions provider is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project administration including scheduling and invoicing. The candidate will manage project schedules, communicate effectively with various departments, and oversee invoicing tasks. An associate's degree in business administration is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position is primarily remote with occasional travel required. Responsibilities

  • Communicate with various departments and subcontractors effectively.

  • Enter and manage accounts receivable invoicing.
  • Review invoices and escalate discrepancies.
  • Analyze progress and determine schedule issues in a timely manner.
  • Create project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.

Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator supports all administrative tasks of a project including but not limited to invoicing, scheduling, hosting weekly meetings, organize the production schedule to ensure timely delivery to field to meet installation schedule, report results and issues to the project manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Communicate with various departments and subcontractors in an effective and productive manner
  • Manage project schedule and budget
  • Enter and manage accounts receivable invoicing
  • Review invoices and escalate any invoicing discrepancies
  • Coordinate job site rentals and enter corresponding purchase orders in QuickBooks
  • Enter timesheets of field employees into payroll system
  • Analyze progress and determine issues in the schedule in a timely manner
  • Manage change orders
  • Assist with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks
  • Monitor project progress and create project status reports for project managers and stakeholders
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
