BLUESTONE COMMUNICATIONS is seeking a Project Coordinator to support AV integration projects from kickoff to completion. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality targets are met through proactive coordination and meticulous documentation.
The role emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills, with a hands-on, on-site work environment.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful execution of projects from project kickoff through completion. This role works closely with project managers, engineers, field technicians, vendors, and clients to coordinate resources, manage project documentation, track schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a working understanding of commercial audiovisual systems and integration processes.
