Otter Tail Power Company is seeking a Project Coordinator to support critical infrastructure and transmission initiatives, ensuring reliable, affordable energy delivery. You will organize activities, prepare proposals and reports, and monitor progress while collaborating across multiple teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, prioritization, and proficiency with project management tools. This is a hands-on position in a dynamic energy environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (or higher) in Business, Administration, Finance, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience supporting or coordinating projects, contracts, or financial tracking.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with project management tools or data visualization platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of project budgeting, tracking, and reporting is highly valued.

• The expected base compensation for this role is $54,000 - $72,000 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
