Job summary

Otter Tail Power Company is seeking a Project Coordinator to help deliver critical infrastructure and transmission projects that keep our system reliable and affordable.

In a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will coordinate day-to-day project activities, assist in proposals and financial tracking, monitor progress, and support continuous improvement of PM processes and tools across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (or higher) in Business, Administration, Finance, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience supporting or coordinating projects, contracts, or financial tracking
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Experience with project management tools or data visualization platforms is a plus
• Knowledge of project budgeting, tracking, and reporting is highly valued

Responsibilities

• The expected base compensation for this role is $54,000 - $72,000 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
