Concordia Wireless, a Concordia Group division, is seeking an A&E Project Coordinator to support engineering and site acquisition teams with procurement and construction tasks in Illinois. The role involves coordinating permits, maintaining project data, and communicating with clients on job status.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of related experience, strong English skills, and the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related project coordination experience.
• Must read/write/speak English proficiently.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Managing permits and project data experience is preferred.
• Experience in construction or telecom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients on current and pending status of jobs.
• Maintaining project data in the company database.
• Coordinating with Project Managers on start dates and permit status.
• Overseeing permit processes for commercial install jobs nationwide.
• Arranging payment for permits promptly.
• Tracking open permits and reporting progress to Project Managers.
• Coordinating final inspections and obtaining COs and bonds.
• Facilitating construction testing and engineering services as needed.
• Supporting Project Managers on assigned projects.
• Creating and updating project schedules through development, procurement, and construction.
• Administering the RFP process for long lead procurements and EPC services.
• Reviewing and editing contractual documents.
• Finding technical solutions for the project team.
• Managing project information and document control for assigned projects.
• Leading constructability reviews and meetings with in-house staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Range:

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients on current and pending status of jobs.
• Maintaining project data in company’s database.
• Coordinating with Project Managers on project start dates and status of permits for jobs.
• Overseeing the permit process for commercial install jobs across the country.
• Arranging for payment for permits in a timely manner.

• Arranging for construction testing and engineering services if necessary.

• Reviews and collaboratively edits project contractual documents and exhibits
• Finds technical solutions for the project team
• Provides project information for project stake holders and manages the document control process for assigned projects
• Leads construct ability reviews and other project engineering and construction meetings with in-house staff
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2+ years of related experience
• High standard of integrity and reliability
• Demonstrated management skills and the ability to multi-task
• Able to work under very tight time requirements and deadlines
• Project management knowledge preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with others
• Able to work some weekends during deadline
• Able to read, write, understand, and speak English proficiently
