Perimeter Solutions Group is hiring a Part-Time Project Coordinator in Breckenridge, CO. The role supports our Temporary Fence Division and requires strong organization, communication, and coordination with customers and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support the Temporary Fence sales team with daily project coordination.

• Coordinate subcontractor onboarding and required documentation.
• Collect and maintain insurance certificates and project records.
• Complete customer prequalification requirements.
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Assist with scheduling, project updates, and administrative tasks.
• Help keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule.

What You'll Do

• Support the Temporary Fence sales team with daily project coordination
• Track customer projects from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractor onboarding and required documentation

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or Office Coordinator preferred
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Construction or contractor experience is a plus
