Job summary

Midwest D-Vision Solutions in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project managers and ensure smooth execution of specialties projects from start to finish. You will handle planning, scheduling, documentation, and budgeting, coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver materials and services on time while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office and project

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in the glass and glazing or construction industry, but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

We have an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator located at our Boise Idaho facility in Division 10 Specialties.
