Job summary

ByVerTek, LLC in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Project Coordinator to organize and streamline activities across multiple project teams on-site. You will identify obstacles, provide updates to PMs, and maintain the project database while coordinating with vendors and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree, demonstrates strong project management and Excel/Word skills, with CAPM/PMP certification or telecom/construction experience considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address obstacles affecting progress, especially subcontractor issues.
• Provide regular updates on project status to Project Managers.
• Maintain and update the project database accurately.
• Develop reports, pivot tables, and use VLOOKUP for analysis.
• Manage contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and close-out docs.
• Liaise with external vendors and consultants on project objectives.
• Coordinate communications among contractors, owners, architects, and subcontractors.

ByVerTek is now seeking a Project Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in organizing and streamlining the activities of multiple project teams. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is driven by excellence, committed to quality, and ready to tackle challenges head-on.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and address obstacles that hinder project progress, with a focus on resolving subcontractor-related issues.
• Provide regular updates on project status to Project Managers, escalating unresolved challenges to higher levels of leadership.
• Maintain and update the company’s project database accurately and efficiently.
• Develop custom reports, generate pivot tables, and utilize VLOOKUP functions to enhance data analysis.
• Manage contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and compile comprehensive project close-out documentation.
• Act as the main liaison with external vendors and consultants, ensuring alignment on strategic and technical project objectives.
• Handle communications and correspondence between contractors, owners, architects, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proficiency in project management, with demonstrated ability to solve complex issues.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Telecom industry or construction experience is preferred.
• CAPM or PMP certification is a plus.
