Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years in project coordination or admin support; experience with multiple workstreams and government clients preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings with invitations, agendas, materials, notes, and action logs.
• Maintain schedules, trackers, shared workspaces, document repositories.
• Coordinate deliverable reviews, approvals, version control and submissions.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up with staff on actions.
• Support onboarding, training records, monthly reporting, and administrative workflows.
• Provide accurate status information to project leadership and managers.
