Derheim Painting and Home Improvement in Ardmore, OK is seeking a Project Coordinator to keep every project scheduled and moving from first wall to last gutter. This full-time hourly role offers performance incentives reviewed quarterly.

You will be the central hub of our production team, ensuring projects are staffed and executed smoothly. You will schedule, assign, and communicate with homeowners through completion, track real-time progress, and resolve conflicts before they arise.

Derheim Painting and Home Improvement is hiring a Project Coordinator in Ardmore, OK. This is a full time hourly role with performance incentives reviewed quarterly. You will be the central hub of our production team, the person who keeps every project scheduled, staffed, and moving from first wall to last gutter.

Who We Are:

• We started with interior and exterior painting in 2020 and grew deliberately from there.

• Our own crew now handles cabinet refinishing, drywall, carpentry, paint grade siding, and seamless gutters.

• Customers get one team for the whole project, not a stranger subcontracted in halfway through.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Schedule sold projects quickly and accurately.
