Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (or related field) with 5+ years of mechanical design experience.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (ANSYS, MATLAB).
  • Experience with manufacturing processes, materials, and standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop mechanical components for machinery and equipment and integrate these machines and equipment as components within larger systems as required.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and analysis to evaluate the performance, reliability, and safety of designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Create detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing, assembly, and service.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing, procurement, sales, and service teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and improvement of our cutting-edge machinery and equipment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical components for machinery and equipment and integrate these machines and equipment as components within larger systems as required.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and analysis to evaluate the performance, reliability, and safety of designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software engineers, salespeople, and project managers, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Create detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing, assembly, and service.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing, procurement, sales, and service teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Skills Needed:

  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Knowledge Required:
