Responsibilities

• Coordinate updates from contributors to ensure transparency with leadership on risk, schedule, and financials.
• Support project managers with coordination of active operational and service projects across client accounts.
• Maintain project tracking systems, schedules, documentation, and status records for visibility across initiatives.
• Coordinate communication between project management, engineering, field personnel, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
• Attend meetings to capture notes, assign action items, and distribute minutes and summaries.
• Assist with project site readiness activities including documentation collection and scheduling support.
• Support process improvement by helping develop standardized workflows and procedures.
• Maintain organized project repositories and shared resources.
• Review reports and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
