Hargrove Engineers + Constructors in Mobile, AL seeks an experienced Project Controls Lead to plan and manage heavy industrial projects. You will develop schedules, monitor costs, and coordinate change notices with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate has 15+ years in planning, scheduling, cost control, and estimating, with PMI or AACE certification preferred and proficiency in Primavera P6, Timberline, and MS Office.
Job Scope: Generally responsible for planning and scheduling heavy industrial engineering projects, monitoring project costs and/or estimating projects. Work will be performed under minimal supervision. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Construction Science, Building Science or related field is highly preferred.
AACE International or Project Management Institute (PMI) certification is highly preferred.
This position requires 15 or more years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
