Hargrove & Associates Inc. seeks a senior construction planning and cost control professional to plan and schedule heavy industrial projects, monitor costs, and estimate projects under general supervision.
The role emphasizes coordination across disciplines, development of cost systems, and change order management. Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience, a strong background in Primavera P6, Timberline Estimating, and MS Office, with a Bachelor/Master in Construction Science or
Job Scope: Generally responsible for planning and scheduling of heavy industrial engineering projects, monitoring project costs and/or estimating projects. Work will be performed under general supervision.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor or Master degree in Construction Science, Building Science or advanced coursework is highly preferred.
No certification is required for this position.
This position requires 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
