Hargrove in Baton Rouge, LA, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to plan and schedule heavy industrial engineering projects while monitoring costs and estimates. The role involves coordinating contract packages, collecting updates, and maintaining cost systems to ensure projects stay on track.
Ideal candidates have up to 5 years of experience in planning, scheduling, cost control, and estimating, with strong attention to detail and knowledge of company standards.
Generally responsible for planning and scheduling heavy industrial engineering projects, monitoring project costs and/or estimating projects. Work will be performed under close supervision.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Construction Science, Building Science or related field is highly preferred.
No certification is required for this position.
This position requires up to 5 years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
Knowledge and application of company business standards and good practices.
Extreme attention to detail.
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
