Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Collect data for cost, scheduling, and progress reporting
  • Record purchase orders, subcontracts, change orders, amendments, and other adjustments
  • Learn how to review expenditures for compliance with cost coding requirements and commitment detail for purchase orders and subcontracts
  • Interface with internal clients and company personnel, as required
  • Prepare presentations for project reviews, client reviews, management reviews, etc., as directed
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Job Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and no requried previous years of work-related experience

  • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
Preferred Qualifications
  • Good computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and electronic presentation programs
  • Broad knowledge of company reference systems

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualification, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
