Job summary

United Grid Solutions in Allentown, PA is seeking a Project Controls Specialist (Maintenance) to support engineers, project managers and construction managers across energy technologies. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, reporting and schedule control throughout the project life cycle.

You will create and maintain schedules with Primavera P6, prepare monthly construction reports, and ensure accurate capital postings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for project controls and scheduling responsibilities.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cost control is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and progress project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare monthly reports comparing baseline and progress with critical path analysis.
• Ensure accurate capital postings and reporting against budgets.
• Develop corrective action plans and mitigation strategies based on CPM.
• Provide scheduling support for multiple projects and coordinate with teams.
