The role requires 5+ years in project controls with strong Excel, OPC, and data-analytic skills. You will communicate budget status and forecast costs, report performance, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in project controls and cost management.
• Hands-on expertise in using MS Project and related tools.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) Portfolio Management.
• Expertise in MS Excel and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program, design, and construction schedules.
• Coordinate and gather project status information from Project Managers to update program level schedule, prepare reports, cost and resource loading, identify and record changes, risks, and opportunities.
• Review program level schedule and create a summary cashflow report.
• Track changes, trends, and risks for programs.
• Support, monitor, and communicate budget, actual status, and forecast costs.
• Track and report project progress and performance.
