Responsibilities

• Executes the creation and updating of project schedules.
• Performs deconstruction of project scope into discrete activities.
• Implements procurement, submittals, and reviews into the project schedule.
• Analyzes the accuracy of quantity take-offs.
• Resource loads the project schedule, forecasting material needs.
• Tracks project costs, schedule, and earned value.
• Inputs and updates pending and approved change orders in the schedule.
• Producing baseline vs. actual schedule reports.
• Maintains accurate and complete CPM network narratives.
