Job summary

HNTB is seeking a Project Controls Specialist II in Tampa, FL to provide cost controls, scheduling, and PMIS support for large-scale infrastructure projects. You will analyze data, generate reports, and help maintain project controls procedures across the lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering/architecture/construction management with 6 years of relevant experience (or 10 years if the degree is waived). Visa sponsorship is not available, and location is Tampa, Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field
• 6 years' relevant experience, or 10 years' relevant experience in lieu of education

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze master project/program schedules and progress reports.
• Develop cost estimates and budget/cost reports; produce regular budget/cost reports and forecasts.
• Oversee PMCS/document controls and provide document control support for engineering, procurement and construction docs.
• Establish project controls procedures for cost estimating, budgeting, scheduling, document control and risk management.
• Assess cost and schedule impacts of design/construction changes and develop recovery plans.
• Produce client/project management reports and support meetings with analyses and backup documentation.
