Job summary

HNTB Corporation is searching for a Project Controls Specialist II to provide technical support across various project control functions. The role requires analyzing project schedules, developing cost estimates, and maintaining control systems. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field along with 6 years of relevant experience or 10 years in lieu of education.

Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience in project controls or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience as a PM/CM agent or equivalent construction role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze project schedules and reports.
• Develop cost estimates and manage changes.
• Oversee project management control systems.
• Communicate deviations, risks, and trends effectively.

Skills

Project Controls experience in multiple project phases

Familiarity with Procore

Knowledge of P6 software

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
