Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of project management methodology, budgeting, scheduling and reporting.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project for planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop time‑phased project cost and resource forecasts.
• Prepare and analyze cost/schedule baselines and variances.
• Produce earned value management reports and client/status updates.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
