Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop basic to moderately complex cost and schedule baselines.
• Collect and analyze monthly cost and schedule progress.
• Identify and assist in analysis of project variances.
• Update risk reserves in forecasts and prepare reports for management.
• Support implementation of financial controls and forecasting techniques.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and federal/government regulations.
• Gather project progress information from PMs and team members.
• Develop time‑phased cost and resource forecasts; validate costs and update requirements.
• Monitor deliverables and actual expenditures versus forecasts.
• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting.
• Document and assess impact of changes on cost and schedule baselines.
• Maintain integrated critical path schedules for major projects or portfolios.
• Identify early warning signals and recommend resource realignments.
• Generate earned value reports and analyze trends for project execution.
• Prepare client/internal status reports and manage project documentation.
