Job summary

The Ruhlin Company seeks a Project Controls Specialist to support cost and schedule control, reporting, and SOP development from our Sharon Center office. Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, you will drive accurate cost tracking, schedule integrity, and data-driven project performance.

Responsibilities include preparing reports in HCSS and Vista, attending status and handoff meetings, and assisting with training and organizational processes to improve project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/ construction field or related.
• Minimum 2 years construction industry experience.
• Proficient with standard construction software.

Responsibilities

• Review project cost and schedule reports for errors.
• Participate in divisional job status meetings.
• Assist with information gathering for claim preparation.
• Create custom reports in HCSS, Vista and other software.
• Oversee license assignments and user profiles.
• Develop SOPs and best practices.
• Support safety and project management activities.
