Position: Project Controls Specialist

Location: Headquarters – Moon Township, PA

Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 Hours/Week

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead minor capital improvement projects (<$100,000) and support major projects (> $1MM) in the Facilities Engineering Department.
2. Manage project documentation, including Lotus Notes Database, SAP project setup, invoice management, and project closeout.
3. Support project execution tasks such as schedule management, document control, expediting, cost accounting, and contracts management.
4. Interact with stakeholders across US and global organizations at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university.
• 2-3 years of experience in a project environment.
• Experience with Project Controls, SAP, and MS Project preferred.
