ENTRUST Solutions Group in Northern California is seeking a Project Controls Analyst (PCA)/Project Scheduler to partner with stakeholders on controls, cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for large-scale projects. You will manage project documentation, logs, change orders, and maintain schedules and cash flow with input from functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of Primavera P6 experience.
• 4+ years in project controls for large-scale projects.
• Experience developing and implementing project controls measures.
• Experience managing project cost, forecasts, budgets, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement controls measures to manage project financials and mitigate losses.
• Develop schedules to control cost plans and perform variance and earned value analysis.
• Collaborate on budgets, forecast planning, reporting, and data management.
• Maintain project documentation and logs, including change orders and journal entries.
• Provide monthly cost and schedule reports with variance analysis.
