Job summary

Middough Inc. is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to join our team. You will support planning, scheduling, cost engineering and trend analysis across assigned projects, monitor performance and provide management with variance insights and timely feedback.

Responsibilities include maintaining EAB databases, creating project data sheets, updating budgets and CORs, and producing weekly client reports. This role requires strong attention to detail and solid project controls experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business.
• 0-5 years' experience with earned value management systems.
• Project Controls experience on engineering and construction projects.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of cost engineering related to budgeting, monitoring and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update EAB databases and project records.
• Create and manage Project Data Sheets and project numbers.
• Update budgets, CORs and project information in the database.
• Issue weekly client EAB reports and track progress metrics.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures and budget data for WBS elements.
• Assist with timecard hour transfers and KPI metrics.
• Coordinate on-site contractor invoicing and client project controls support.
