Job summary

Hyundai Engineering America seeks a motivated HSE Coordinator to support safety, health, and environmental compliance for the Hanwha Philly Shipyard Expansion Project. You will assist in implementing project safety programs, monitoring OSHA compliance, coordinating safety training, and maintaining HSE documentation.

Based at the Philly site, you will collaborate with project controls, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align objectives, supervise subcontractor safety management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in project controls, cost control, scheduling, or construction PM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules to support execution and reporting.
• Monitor progress and analyze schedule performance against milestones.
• Administer subcontract agreements and support procurement activities.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking efforts.
• Prepare control reports and performance updates for management.
• Coordinate with management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Communicate with subcontractors and stakeholders to support execution and issue resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
