The ideal candidate will develop and manage detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 while collaborating closely with project managers to ensure the integrity and timeliness of project deliverables.

We are seeking aProject Controls Scheduler (Primavera P6)to support electric utility projects by developing and maintaining detailedPrimavera P6 schedules. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong analytical mindset, expertise in scheduling, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintaindetailed project schedulesinOracle Primavera P6, managing projects ranging from20 to 200 activities.
Collaborate with5-6 project managersconcurrently, supporting projects in various phases ofdesign and construction.
Load and maintain resource datawithin schedules, ensuring accurate tracking of labor, materials, and costs.
Performquality checks and inspectionson project controls deliverables to maintain data integrity and compliance with project requirements.
Analyzeschedule and financial datato ensure project timelines align with cost tracking and forecasting.
Understand and track thetechnical progressof electric utilitytransmission line, substation, and/or telecommunication projects.
Integrate and analyzescheduling data inExcel, utilizingadvanced functions (formulas, pivot tables, and macros)to improve project reporting.
Identify potentialscheduling risksand work with project managers to develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degreeinEngineering, Construction Management, or Businessfrom an accredited program.
Minimum 4 yearsof experience inproject controls, scheduling, or construction management.
Expertise in Oracle Primavera P6is required.
Proficiency inExcel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, and data integration).
Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex scheduling data.
Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills, capable of effectively interfacing with project teams and stakeholders.
Ability to workonsite in Greensburg, PA.
Willingness to travel as needed;valid driver’s license required.
Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
