Position Summary:



Responsibilities: Essential Duties



  • Assist in contracting functions to ensure consistent, timely and accurate processing of all contract related documents across all sale organizations.

  • Review, scrub and seek approvals on all membership activations and shepherd applicable processes.

  • Manage daily contract chargeback operations, distributor inquiries and membership related items ensuring contractual requirements are met.

  • Support the contract administration of new products.

  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to provide superior customer service and quality assurance support regarding terms, pricing and membership.

  • Plan and execute reporting enhancements that improve better business practices.

  • Maintain, track and recording of declaration letters.

  • Analyze and cleanse contract master data to support continuous improvement.

  • Strategize and implement contracting processes and policies with B.Braun's business needs, strategic direction and rapidly changing industry demands.

    • Judgement is required in resolving all day-to-day problems.

    • Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.

Required:



  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 04-06 years related experience required.

  • Regular and predictable attendance

  • Occasional business travel required
