Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant project scheduling experience in utility, energy, construction or engineering.
• Experience using Primavera P6 is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with project management and client leadership.
• Proven leadership and time management with interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules for efficient execution.
• Manage schedules with critical path, relationships, logic, constraints and milestones.
• Assess impacts to critical path and report deviations with corrective plans.
• Track scope changes, trends and variances affecting schedule performance.
• Present schedules to management, teams, and client leadership.
• Document meeting actions and facilitate project/management meetings.
• Establish relationships with client and project team; demonstrate professionalism.
