Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Planner/Scheduler to join our team for a major power generation buildout in West Texas. The role focuses on updating and maintaining the construction schedule and coordinating inputs from multiple sources.

This on-site position in Pecos, TX requires 10–15 years of Primavera P6 experience on large capital projects, with emphasis on critical path and risk analyses. Strong communication and collaboration across project teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or construction-related field.
• Minimum 10 years of applicable experience.
• Experience in development, preparation, review and baselining of project schedules with critical path analysis.
• Experience with scheduling and risk analysis programs such as Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize multiple sources of schedule inputs and deliver project status reports.
• Develop and maintain the master schedule and ensure integration across project teams.
• Prepare staffing, engineering and construction progress and customized reports.
• Perform critical path analysis and probabilistic analysis on schedules.
• Adhere to SOX controls where applicable.
