Gregory Construction is seeking an experienced Project Controls Scheduler to support an active construction project in Louisville, Kentucky.
The Project Controls Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing construction project schedules for Gregory Construction's heavy civil and mission critical projects. This position works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Project Engineers, field leadership, and Project Controls to monitor progress, identify schedule risks, and keep project schedules aligned with actual field execution.
This is an on site position in Louisville. Ideally, this individual will work on site Monday through Friday, although some schedule flexibility may be available for the right candidate.
The position is also responsible for maintaining schedules based on planned and actual project execution and supporting the field team with look ahead scheduling and PPC tracking.
This position requires working on site at our construction project in Louisville, Kentucky.
Our preference is for this individual to be on site Monday through Friday. Some flexibility may be available depending on the candidate's experience and ability to effectively support the project and field team.

The Project Controls Scheduler should provide the project team with an accurate and current understanding of where the project stands, what work is coming next, and where potential schedule risks exist.
Success in this position includes timely project completion, accurate schedule updates, PPC reporting, accurate comparison of planned work to actual execution, and consistent schedule maintenance.
