Job summary

Michels Energy Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Controls professional to develop and maintain accurate budgets and schedules, and to monitor progress toward financial and timeline goals. You will coordinate activities to promote efficient execution and clear communication across teams.

The role requires collaboration with project managers, strong analytical skills, and the ability to travel to project sites as needed to support large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and business operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with project management and cost control systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with teams and meet deadlines; occasional travel to project sites.
