Michels Energy Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple energy and infrastructure projects, ensuring profitable, timely delivery.

You will manage teams, safety, quality, and budget while fostering strong client and subcontractor relationships through proactive communication. Your background includes 10+ years in project management, a construction/engineering degree, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software; experience with B2W is a plus
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, including hiring, training and developing employees
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and project profitability
• Willingness to travel to project sites frequently
