Job summary

Traylor Bros., Inc. in New Jersey seeks a Project Controls Manager to develop and manage project schedules, cost reporting, and cash flow analysis for complex tunneling projects.

You will lead CPM scheduling using Primavera P6, oversee subcontractor payments, coordinate with clients, and drive project planning, staffing, budgeting, safety, and quality control. Occasional travel and relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering is required.
• 10 years of construction contractor experience required.
• Strong scheduling and cost-reporting abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using CPM and linear scheduling techniques.
• Oversee monthly pay applications and value of schedule.
• Manage subcontractor contracts, payments, and client billings.
• Coordinate project controls with management and other programs.
• Lead labor reporting and monthly cash flow analyses.
• Plan staffing, budgeting, quality control, and safety with subcontractors and staff.
• Support project decisions on cost and schedule.
