Job summary

Linesight, in Vacaville, CA, seeks a Project Controls Manager for a full-time, on-site role at the project site in Vacaville. You will lead cost control, scheduling and estimating efforts, ensuring value for clients and alignment with project milestones.

Salary ranges from $125,000 to $175,000 USD, with compensation dependent on experience, education and skillset. This position requires strong communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities onsite.

Responsibilities

• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients
• Assist in preparing client project funding documents
• Be a visible leader onsite, assessing engineer and contractor progress
• Create and manage cost forecasts for key client developments
• Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners
• Manage and monitor project schedules, reporting on exceptions to the plan
• Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings
• Proactively lead risk management efforts and reviews
• Support the final reconciliation of contracts and purchase orders
• Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks

In this role you will:

• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients

The Salary range for this role is $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 USD but actual salary offered is dependent upon experience, education and skillset.
