Babcock International, a leader in naval defence, is seeking a Project Controls Manager to oversee the Naval Nuclear portfolio. You will shape planning, cost control, risk, reporting and assurance, working with senior stakeholders to drive programme delivery and governance.

• Define and maintain project controls frameworks, processes, reporting standards and digital toolsets across the portfolio.
• Influence senior stakeholders and governance forums by providing expert insight, challenge and performance oversight.
• Drive continuous improvement in project controls capability, data quality, reporting and assurance effectiveness.
• Engage with senior leadership to drive project performance and governance.

As a Project Controls Manager, you'll play a pivotal role within our Naval Nuclear business, ensuring some of the UK's most complex and strategically important programmes are delivered successfully. Working at the heart of project performance and decision-making, you'll help drive excellence across planning, cost management, risk, reporting and assurance. What you'll do:
