E-INFOSOL LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across project lifecycles. You will implement new systems to enhance profitability and growth, coordinating with executives, PMs, and functional teams.

The role requires 7+ years in project controls, strong knowledge of cost engineering and scheduling, and proficiency with Deltek CostPoint. This position is based in Washington, DC with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project controls or planning.
• Strong knowledge of project control methodologies, cost engineering, and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Deltek CostPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project control functions across the project life cycle and for various contract types.
• Interface with Executives, PMs, Contracts, Billing, Finance, and HR.
• Assist in project setup and onboarding into CostPoint.
• Develop ETCs and EACs; review current financial status and forecast performance.
• Produce financial deliverables for internal and external use on a regular cadence.
• Support funding analyses, expenditure analyses, cost variance analyses, and forecast trends.
• Enter subcontractor invoices into CostPoint and track subcontract efforts.
• Support RARs, modification requests, and fund limitation notifications.
• Communicate clearly; work with minimal supervision and strong time management.
• Include cost estimating, risk and issue management, and reporting.

E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a highly motivated Project Controls Manager to be a full-time employee in Washington, DC to join our innovative and customer solutions focused team.

Job Description

As a Project Control Manager, candidates will help E-INFOSOL with accounting, finance, forecasting, and budgeting along with a proven ability to change with implementing new systems to enhance profitability and growth. The primary responsibilities include:

• Responsible for all project control functions including planning, tracking, analysis and reporting across the project life cycle. Projects may vary in size, complexity, and contract type (i.e. Cost Reimbursable, Firm Fixed Price, Time & Material, etc.).
• Interface with team members of the corporate staff to include Executive staff, Directors, Program/Project Managers (PMs), Contracts, Billing, Finance, and Human Resources.
• Assists in project setup, assigning the workforce, and adding new employees into Deltek CostPoint system.
• Develop Estimates to Complete (ETCs) and Estimates at Completions (EACs). Works closely with PMs to review current project financial status and project future performance. Responsible for monitoring cost and schedule performance and performs related analyses.
• Produce financial deliverables for both internal and external use. These can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Help develop and review procedures, processes, and products to identify possible improvements to better support customer needs and reduce costs and errors.
• Financial support includes funding analysis, monthly expenditure analysis, cost variance analyses, historical financials, track current task spending and commitments, burn rates and forecast future trends. Monitoring actual costs against budgets . Monitor and provide status on utilization and Bonus tracking.
• Assist PMs with all purchase requests, validate subcontract invoices against purchase orders, and track all subcontract efforts including monthly reports. Enter subcontractor invoices into Costpoint.
• Assist PMs with Risk Authorization Requests (RARs), modification requests, and limitation of funds notifications. Monitor and help manage at-risk and suspense related costs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with little or no direct supervision with excellent time management skills.
• Cost estimating and reporting, risk and issue management, etc.
• Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and SharePoint (user).
• Work experience with Jira .

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management , Business Administration, Business Finance or a related field of study.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project controls or planning.
• Strong knowledge of project control methodologies, cost engineering, and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Deltek CostPoint .
