Job summary

Lexicon is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to support construction projects through cost control, scheduling, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role ensures projects stay on budget, on schedule, and compliant with contractual requirements by providing accurate reporting and data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate has 3–7+ years in project controls within construction, a Bachelor’s degree in CM or engineering, and hands-on experience with Primavera P6, cost forecasting, and EVM.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or cost engineering within construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor schedule performance, critical path, and schedule risk.
• Track and analyze project costs against budgets and support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain cost forecasts and assist with EVM reporting.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Estimating teams.
• Participate in project meetings to provide controls updates.
