Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather project progress information from managers and teams to monitor baselines.
• Analyze cost and schedule data to identify variances and forecast needs.
• Maintain risk reserves and integrate into financial forecasts and reports.
• Support implementation of financial controls, procedures, and forecasting techniques.
• Prepare standardized management reports and client updates.
• Develop and maintain integrated critical path schedules for portfolios.
• Identify early warning signals and recommend resource realignments.
• Analyze earned value reports to assess project execution against budget.
• Document changes to cost and schedule baselines and assess impact.
• Provide additional support and perform other duties as required.
