Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in project controls, cost management, or scheduling in the construction industry.
  • Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees setup and implementation of project controls processes, tools, and reports on assigned projects by developing a Project Controls Plan.
  • Develops and manages project budgets, forecasts, schedules, progress measurement, cost databases, benchmarking tools, and risk analyses.
  • Monitors performance metrics and variance analyses, providing insight to project and client stakeholders.
  • Leads development and presentation of Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and performance reviews.
  • Coordinates data aggregation and reporting across multiple systems to provide consolidated project views.
  • Manages project Controls Specialists and project team members on DPR standards and best practices.
