Job summary

INEOS Oxide is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to oversee estimating, scheduling, costs, and risk management for capital projects. The role interfaces with project managers, vendors, purchasing, and accounting to ensure accurate spend forecasts and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, plus 3 years of project controls or cost analysis experience, with strong SAP and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
• 3 years of project controls or cost analyst experience.
• Strong data analytical skills and SAP experience.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; scheduling and data visualization tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost management: develop estimates and budgets for projects.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules with updates.
• Facilitate change management with Project Managers/Engineers.
• Prepare monthly spend and forecast reports for capital projects.
• Deliver monthly status updates and capital planning input for LRPs.
