Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or construction management.
• Experience in project controls with cost and schedule focus.
• Supervisory experience required.
• PMI/PM certification (Primavera, AACE) preferred.
• Willing to travel/relocate for project sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide data, benchmarks, and tool-building support.
• Lead cost, schedule, progress measurement, and change management.
• Support cost/schedule analysis, reporting, forecasting, budgeting.
• Develop Project Controls Plan and MOC.
• Lead cost breakdowns, budgets, and master schedule coordination.
• Coordinate cost/schedule forecasts and reporting.
