Job summary

World Wide Professional Solutions seeks a senior Project Controls Manager for a large, on-site data center construction program in Texas. You will lead cost management, scheduling, forecasting, and change control with direct Owner oversight and contractor coordination.

Expert labor pricing, unit-rate contracting knowledge, and experience with NECA/MCA data are essential to drive performance, predictability, and value on this two-year initiative.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive experience in project controls, cost management, commercial management, or quantity surveying on major capital projects.
• Experience supporting large scale data centers or mission critical facilities.
• Expert level understanding of unit rate contracting and construction labor pricing.
• Strong knowledge of NECA labor units, rates, productivity factors, and electrical construction cost development.
• Experience evaluating contractor estimates, pricing, change orders, and productivity.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary project controls teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls function for a large scale data center construction program.
• Coordinate resources across cost management, scheduling, forecasting, and change management.
• Establish integrated cost, schedule, change, and risk control processes for the Owner.
• Lead cost forecasting, commitments, accruals, and cash flow reporting.
• Apply unit rate contracts knowledge and labor pricing to pricing methodologies.
• Review contractor estimates, change orders, and pricing for accuracy.
• Partner with General Contractors and direct trade contractors under Owner contracts.
• Support Owner change management processes and governance.
