Textron Systems is offering a 10-week, paid internship in Project Controls at our Hunt Valley, MD location. You will gain hands-on experience updating Integrated Master Schedules, tracking milestones, and supporting Earned Value Management documentation.

We seek a student pursuing a Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field with an interest in scheduling and data analysis. Strong communication and teamwork are essential; U.S.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Interest in scheduling, data analysis, or project management.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office; Excel preferred.
• Exposure to Primavera P6 or MS Project is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in updating and maintaining IMS across the program lifecycle.
• Support schedule status updates by capturing progress and adjusting dates.
• Help perform schedule analysis including critical path reviews.
• Assist in preparing EVM reports, variance explanations, baseline documents.
• Support integration of cost and schedule data for accuracy.
• Participate in program reviews, meetings, audit prep.
• Collaborate with program managers, CAMs, schedulers, finance, and cross-functional teams.
