Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Construction Science Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience producing estimates in a competitive environment and assessing cost risks.
• Knowledge of EPC estimating methods, processes, and procedures.
• Experience with Lump Sum Design Build estimates and detailed design packages.
• Knowledge of market pricing and Work Breakdown Structures for cost management.
• Proficiency with Primavera and Timberline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review capital cost estimates for Waste, Power and Industrial sectors.
• Prepare crew-based estimates, including formation of crews from multiple disciplines and quantity takeoffs.
• Gather data, manage estimate databases, and document basis and assumptions.
• Assist with developing construction schedules and understanding schedules.
