Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a scheduling professional to oversee and execute comprehensive project schedules, develop WBS, and ensure milestones align with contracts.

You will collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver on time and within scope. Responsibilities include crafting detailed schedules with linked activities, implementing CCM timelines, monitoring changes, and providing earned value analysis and recovery schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience crafting and managing detailed project schedules and WBS.
• Knowledge of CCM-based planning and schedule recovery.
• Familiarity with earned value management and change control.

Responsibilities

• Leads development of detailed project schedules and WBS to manage scope and milestones.
• Designs linked activities with proper predecessors/successors; reviews contract docs for methods and accuracy.
• Coordinates vendor quotes and time estimates within project schedules.
• Tracks procurement schedules and timely delivery of equipment per plan.
• Implements CCM-based schedules; mentors junior scheduling staff.
• Produces baseline vs. actual reports, schedule narratives, and recovery schedules.
