Airgas is seeking a Project Controls Engineer to lead cost control, budgeting, forecasting and change management across industrial capital projects. The role requires standardizing project controls and acting as the analytical engine for data-driven decisions. End-to-end accountability spans from project development to close-out.

Based in Radnor, PA or other hubs, remote options may be considered. You will work with senior leaders to deliver predictable project performance and robust governance

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–12+ years of total experience in project controls.
• Experience in industrial gas, chemical processing, oil & gas or heavy industrial capital builds.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cost control, budgeting and forecasting for capital projects.
• Drive change management and purchase-to-pay processes.
• Standardize project controls policies and tools across projects.
• Provide KPI dashboards and executive reporting (Power BI/SAP).
• Mentor cost controllers and coordinate with Finance.
