Job summary

  • Review and manage professional services and contractor invoices; process reimbursements and coding entries.
  • Coordinate Independent Cost Estimates (ICE) for upcoming contracts and perform bid analyses.
  • Lead bi-weekly capital project reviews with PMs/PCs and conduct cost analyses.
  • Organize annual budgets and track allocations; manage federal/state grant funding scope and usage.
  • Maintain audit-ready project records and reconcile data from sponsors.

Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Manage and review professional services and contractor invoices, processing reimbursement requests, coding entries, and maintaining historical files in SharePoint in compliance with funding guidelines.
  • Coordinate Independent Cost Estimates (ICE) for upcoming contracts and perform bid analyses to evaluate proposals against baseline estimates.
  • Lead bi-weekly capital project reviews with Project Managers and Project Coordinators to assess ongoing performance and conduct cost analyses.
  • Organize and direct the preparation of annual budgets, tracking allocations and administering federal and state grant funding eligibility, scope, and timely use.
  • Maintain audit-ready project records by continuously updating funding databases and reconciling conflicting project data from sponsors.
